He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the State University of Northern Rio de Janeiro Darcy Ribeiro (UENF), along with a specialization in Small Animal Clinical Medicine and Surgery from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA). He earned both his Master’s and Doctorate in Animal Science, with a focus on Cardiology, from UENF, and completed a Diploma in Cardiology at the Center for Advanced Studies in Veterinary Medicine in Mexico. He is currently a Professor at Faculdade Qualittas, where he also coordinates specialization programs in Veterinary Cardiology, Cardiology of Dogs and Cats, and Veterinary Pulmonology. He serves as CEO of eHeart TeleCardiologia Veterinária, working professionally in telecardiology and veterinary clinical arrhythmology. He is an active scientific reviewer for several national and international journals and has authored book chapters and scientific publications focused on small animal medicine, with particular emphasis on veterinary cardiology, electrocardiography, and cardiac biomarkers. He is an Allied Member of the Brazilian Society of Cardiac Arrhythmias.
