Biography
Quiann King is a third-year medical student at the Penn State College of Medicine originally from Brooklyn, New York. She earned her undergraduate degree in Global Public Health and Biology from NYU and is interested in internal medicine, emergency medicine, and pediatrics. Motivated by personal experiences witnessing the effects of tobacco addiction and cardiovascular disease, her research focuses on the relationship between smoking cessation, mental health, and cardiovascular outcomes.
